B1. Aims of higher degree research program

Investigate and analyse telecommunications issues in CORS network environment, specifically but not limited to protocols, performance, compatibility and user requirements.

B2. Progress over the last 12 months or since the last review

Investigated currently available protocols, analysed and compared them. Wrote and presented two conference papers. Attended RTQC (CRC 1.2) training session. Presented a lecture on communications at AALSM workshop.
